General information
All prices are quoted in EUR per person/day including all taxes, on a bed & breakfast OR half-board basis, excluding local tax.
Local tax
Local tax: € 2,20/per person and day, from 15 years.
Board
Half board includes a comprehensive buffet breakfast with organic corner and a set 3-course dinner menu.
Daily choice of ice cream, salad and cheese from the buffet.
Cancellation and Deposit
Storno conditions and deposit for summer:
A deposit is not necessary.
Up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows and early departures, will be charged with the total amount.

Cancellation insurance
It is not unusual for a booked holiday to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, but our general terms and conditions for the hotel industry do apply.
For summer to be observed
We make on Tuesday a day off.
No dinner is served and therefore the price is only calculated with breakfast.
This helps us a lot for the organisational handling.
Thank you for your understanding.
On Tuesday we recommend an excursion to the provincial capital Innsbruck, (Alpine Zoo, Goldenes Dachl, Nordkette, etc.)
to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, to Rattenberg (smallest town Austria) or an extended mountain tour.
This gives you enough time and you don't have to go to the Dinner times appear.
There is also a wide range of restaurants in Mayrhofen.
We will be happy to give you individual tips at the reception
Non-smoking rooms
All our rooms, the restaurant and the other premises are "non-smoking". Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terraces.
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 14:00.
If you arrive after 18:00, please contact the reception.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.

For payment of the room bill we accept cash, EC card, Master Card and Visa (from an amount of € 50,-).

We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle.
