Zillertaler "Schissalnudeln"

  • Pasta
  • Salted water
  • Special Zillertal "Graukäse" cheese
  • Special "Bergkäse" cheese from the mountains
  • Special Zillertal "Zieger" cheese
  • Butter
  • Onions


Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain and rinse it. Mix  up crumbled "Graukäse", diced "Bergkäse" and "Ziger". Baste pasta with cheese mixture and hot melt onion butter. Best enjoyed with Zillertal "Heumlich" (milk from cows fed on hay)
